Hi, I’m Craig Roberts and I’m the founder of Futuris360.

My vision is for a world that if you want to participate in the workforce, your education won’t exclude you. For the past 4 years, I’ve been working across the Asia pacific region to create programs from zero to low literacy youth.

We focus on functional literacy to be successful at work. We use visual techniques and action learning to assist students in understanding employment based concepts and techniques that gives them real hands on experience even if literacy in the past has been a barrier to getting meaningful employment. 

The employers we work with, we see them asking for more of our graduates as they possess not only the skills, but the right work ready attitude to help them succeed. 

We focus on things such as; 

• Functional safety

• Functional Communication 

• Dealing with workplace conflict.

• Working as a team member and contributing positively to the work environment.
